• If you've recently changed your password or had it changed by a member of the HelpDesk team, be sure to use your new password.
• Legacy Avizent users are most likely members of the FGCINC domain.
• Legacy FARA users are most likely members of the FARA domain.
• Legacy JI users are most likely members of the JI_WIN2000 domain.
• All other users should be on the YORK domain.
